Tenders are invited for the cleaning of ventilation systems PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS #OP-NSV-999 (2025-2030) BASED SOLELY ON A PRICE FOR CLEANING OF VENTILATION SYSTEMS SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES The public organization (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wants to establish a contract to be executed on demand with a SERVICE PROVIDER, regarding the cleaning and/or inspection - based on occasional needs - of the ventilation systems (HVAC) of all the schools of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, whose territory covers the cities of Longueuil, Brossard, and Saint-Lambert, including their respective boroughs. The SERVICE PROVIDER, and/or its specialized subcontractors, must be members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), and be able to perform all the required tasks in the Specifications, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not commit to accepting any of the submissions received. The tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (www.seao.gouv.qc.ca). Electronic submissions: Submissions can be transmitted electronically. If applicable, this transmission can only be made through the electronic tendering system (www.seao.gouv.qc.ca). Submission guarantee: The BIDDER must accompany its Submission with a submission guarantee equivalent to FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total price proposed in its Submission (5 years). If the BIDDER submits its Submission on paper, this submission guarantee must be provided in one of the following forms: a) a certified check, a money order, or a bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION; b) a bond issued by a Financial Institution, in accordance with the provisions of the submission bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Submission Form. If the BIDDER submits its Submission electronically, this submission guarantee must be provided only in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and must comply with the provisions of the submission bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Submission Form. DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE WITH THE SUBMISSION: The Submission must consist of the duly completed and signed Submission Form, accompanied by all the documents listed in Article 7.00 of the Submission Form, namely: a) The Price Schedule form, duly completed, initialed, and signed; b) The submission guarantee; c) A copy of the AMP contracting authorization, when required due to the amount of the Submission (see Article 2.2.3 of the Specifications); d) The appendix "Charter of the French Language" and, if applicable, any additional document required therein; e) A valid Revenu Quebec certificate; f) If the Bidder does not have an establishment in Quebec, the form "Absence of establishment in Quebec" duly completed and signed, in place of the Revenu Quebec certificate; g) The form "Declaration regarding the reproduction of documents contained in a Submission submitted on paper" duly completed and signed, if certain documents in the Submission are not originals; h) Proof of NADCA ASCS accreditation (see Article 2.2.1.1 of the Specifications); i) Proof of civil liability insurance coverage (see Article 2.2.2 of the Specifications); j) A copy of any required RBQ license for the execution of ancillary services for drilling and installation of access doors (see Article 2.2.1.2 of the Specifications). DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: The Contract is for a duration of five (5) years, calculated from the date of issuance of the award notice. |
