Nova Scotia Health invites a Contractor to assemble, provide management of and direction to a Construction Delivery Team to deliver the construction requirements for the One Person One Record Project. The Construction Delivery Team will consist, at minimum, of a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator and Electrical Engineer; and the Contractor will engage additional forces as required to execute the Project. The Construction Delivery Team will work collaboratively with NSH, NSH’s design and project management teams and other project stakeholders to deliver the construction requirements within budget and on schedule.
The intent of this is to establish prequalify suppliers (“Prequalified Suppliers”) for construction services in selected, active, health care facilities in NSH Eastern, Northern and Western zones. The service expectations include, at minimum, installation of electrical power receptacles, data drops, and ancillary millwork in compliance with design drawings that will be provided to the successful prequalified supplier. The service expectations also include provision of hoarding, testing to confirm specifications are met, and participation in multidisciplinary teams with contribution to NSH’s Preventative Measures Assessments (PMAs).
